I'm starting a new weekly group that will meet 3 times a month for 90 minute sessions, on Thursday evenings at 5 pm pacific time and 8 pm eastern time, as well as 3 private sessions (50 min.
each) per month. This is a 6 month program that includes 18 personal sessions and 18 group sessions. The theme is:
