Everything is Energy…
Chakra is the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “turning”. Chakras are energy vortices that can be found supporting the human physical vessel. It has been my personal understanding from working with these vortices,
and the teachings from spirit, that these energy centers support physical life from the non-physical or spiritual realms into the physical. These vortices when off balance, or not metabolizing fully, can create distortions in our reality. When a Chakra has been “out of balance” for some time it can and does lead to physical disease. All disease begins as an energetic imbalance which stem from something within your internal landscape needing attention. When we begin to work and honor these
natural, organic systems within the body we truly begin to master our health and well being as well as evolve into higher consciousness.

Chakra 1 and 7 are the two chakras with only one aspect. Chakras 2-6 have two aspects to them. A front and
back. The 7th Chakra, metabolizes the energies of Grace, One-ness and Beauty. The 7th chakra is a spiritual chakra. This is considered the GOD-HEAD. When one comes fully into the 7th chakra, the only goal is merging with the Divine.

THE PINEAL GLAND
Located
at the top of the head, the pineal, allows and directs cosmic energy into the body. The pineal also works to assist the brain in smooth functioning of all its’ different parts. It is important for the pineal to receive direct natural light for healing and stimulation. Walks in the mid-day sunshine help to keep the pineal healthy. It has been said that x-rays are damaging to this gland.

THE 7TH CHAKRA CONSCIOUSNESS
When you become self realized you will reside in the 7th chakra, the God Head. It is at this point of evolution that we are only concerned with becoming ONE with the Divine. True ONE-ness is the complete dissolution of the personality into to Higher Self. It is from this vantage point
that one is able to then consider complete GOD- REALAZATION. For this to begin, the journey towards GOD REALIZATION, the 9th chakra will need to be active and open. For the 9th, as the 7th are mile-markers along the path of Self and God Realization.
