Dear

 When you find some resistance, go into your heart, for your heart can move you through the resistance faster than any other avenue.  For your heart remembers the truth of who you are.  The heart does not forget.  The heart will guide you truthfully.  The head may lie to you, but the heart will guide you in truth. 

For the heart does not recognize duality the way the brain and the head do.

 

Dear :   No matter who you are, no matter where you are, the Heart can guide you with truth and wisdom to where you want to be.  At times we think we should be something else, or perhaps be doing something different.  In those moments, stop and look within your Heart.  Ask your Heart to remind you of who you truly are, allow yourself to hear the answer.  Allow yourself to follow the guidance of your Heart. The Heart will never lie.
