Everything is Energy...

 Chakra is the Sanskrit word meaning "wheel" or "turning".  Chakras are energy vortices that can be found supporting the human physical vessel. It has been my personal understanding from working with these vortices, and the teachings from spirit, that these energy centers support physical life from the non-physical or spiritual realms into the physical. These vortices when off balance, or not metabolizing fully, can create distortions in our reality.  When a Chakra has been "out of balance" for some time it can and does lead to physical disease. All disease begins as an energetic imbalance which stem from something within your internal landscape needing attention. When we begin to work and honor these naturally organic systems within the body we truly begin to master our health and well being as well as evolve into higher consciousness.

QUALITIES: SELF-WORTH, SELF-ESTEEM, CONFIDENCE, PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT

Chakra 1 and 7 are the two chakras with only one aspect. Chakras 2-6 have two aspects to them. A front and back.  The Third Chakra reflects and metabolizes the life energies of self worth, self-esteem, confidence and personal power. When we experience "imbalances" in these realms, it is our Soul's wisdom calling forth a time of growth. Instead of seeing these as imbalances see these as opportunities for transformation, for every physical plane imbalance, there is an aspect of our Soul ready to bring forth the wisdom, love and transformation. It is the exercising of our free will that calls this into being. It's all yours for the asking!

 Pancreas, Diabetes and the Third Chakra...

Diabetes is an epidemic in our world now. The Pancreas, which is responsible for regulating the glucose and insulin in the blood as well as controlling the metabolism of carbohydrates, is greatly affected by the energies of the Third Chakra. The more we can develop a greater sense of self, the more we are able to experience joy. The pancreas is all about JOY on the spiritual level. So directly healing and developing the energies of the third chakra can help bring about healing of diabetes and other blood sugar issues.

Meditation for the Solar Plexus Center...

   See a golden "sun" out in front of your  3rd chakra. With each breath bringing the breath and your golden light deep into the belly. Do this 6 times.  We tend to hold stress and tension in this area. Allow the tension to release.
 Now as the tension begins to release, see the deep breath bringing light and healing to the stomach. See the golden light expand into all aspects of the abdomen. As the breath grows more expansive see it merging with the organs, with your stomach, gallbladder, liver and pancreas.

 As you continue, know that you have all you need to accomplish what you desire and deserve in life, allow yourself to receive your highest good.. Know that you have what it takes to do life on your terms.  Feel the clarity that comes from expanding this center. Notice the confidence for life build with each golden light breath!
