Good morning. We are Telos, a multidimensional galactic energy here to assist humanity and guide you during this time of great transition on planet Earth.

The Shifting Paradigm

During this transition, those in the process of ascending will encounter new experiences, new-nuances, and new ways of moving through the world. Our channel has been integrating the Telos framework for some time now and can feel the significant departure from the old, standing firmly in the new. This new reality feels sure-footed and expansive.

Many of you are watching as the old-world(s) crumbles. Some may feel as though you, too, are crumbling. This happens only when you remain attached to the outer illusion of reality, which is rapidly dissolving. The old program is literally falling away, making space for something entirely new. If you cling to the illusion, it may feel as though you are being pulled down with it.

Letting Go of the Old

Be gentle with yourself. Notice the separation emerging between you and the old world, and begin to feel resonance with something new—something that may still be undefinable. If you can define it too easily, it likely is not the new paradigm, for what is arriving is beyond past definitions. Humanity is standing upon a whole new foundation, a program unlike anything before.

This is a choice: to move forward and ascend, or to remain bound to what has been.

Think of it like watching an old movie from the 70s or 80s that you once enjoyed. At the time, it felt timely and compelling. But watching it now, it may feel outdated, unconvincing, even empty. The story no longer holds the same value. So it is with the dissolving of the old 3D linear world—it once drew you in, but now feels hollow, like a story already told. “Been There, Done That”…

The Choice Before You

This is the essence of ascension: you have been there, done that. Now, will you step into the new, or remain clinging to the past as it circles the drain?

We, Telos, hold no judgment. Yet we remind you that those moving forward with courage, conviction, and inner knowing are beginning to experience life differently. Instead of the world happening to them, they are discovering that the world is created through them. This is the great distinction of this age.

Healing will flow through the psyche and the higher chakras, aligning them with the New Earth.

Becoming Cosmic Human 2.0

Here are specific steps to help you define and understand the new resonance that is emerging: 

1. Self-Reflection:  Notice where they feel a sense of separation from old patterns or beliefs, and where you feel drawn to something new, even if it is not yet fully defined.
2. Promote Letting Go of the Old: Gently releasing attachments to outdated beliefs, habits, or identities that no longer serve them.
3. Foster Conscious Choice: Remind yourself & others that moving into the new paradigm is a choice that must be made repeatedly. Consciously choose thoughts, actions, and environments that align with their evolving sense of self.
4. Cultivate Self-Programming: One’s ability to "program" themselves—shaping their mindset, beliefs, and behaviors intentionally rather than passively absorbing external influences.
5. Emphasize Faith and Trust: Acknowledge that the transition may feel uncertain or like “no man’s land.” Encourage trust in your inner guidance and the process of transformation.
6. Use Analogies and Storytelling: Help people relate to the process by using analogies (like the old movie example) to illustrate the shift from the old to the new.
7. Support Community and Sharing: Create spaces for individuals to share their experiences, insights, and challenges as they navigate the transition, fostering a sense of connection and mutual support.
