Most trauma from childhood, past-lives are stored in the Astral Body. Often, they are
“incased” in defense mechanisms which can be difficult to access and totally heal by yourself. Experienced healers can help with this.

Many people are now living more and more in the 4th dimensional level of being. It’s feeling like the 3rd D is falling away for most now.
Understanding these challenges helps us prepare for the journey ahead. By cultivating wisdom through the healing keys, developing awareness, strengthening our Techniques for Navigating the Astral Plane is a great start!
One technique that can prove helpful is meditation. By practicing regular meditation, you can quiet your mind and open yourself up to higher realms of existence. This allows for a smoother transition into the Astral Plane and helps you maintain focus during your astral journeys.
Visualization is another powerful tool for navigating the Astral Plane. By visualizing a safe and protected space around yourself, you create a shield against any negative energies or entities that may try to interfere with your journey. Visualize white light surrounding you, providing a barrier of protection as you traverse through the astral realm.
I, personally find this Visualization tool powerful and use it often when assisting a client in healing a wound or in my own astral journeys.
Setting intentions before embarking on an astral journey/ work is crucial. Clearly state your purpose or what you hope to achieve during your time in the Astral Plane. Whether it's seeking guidance from higher beings or exploring different dimensions, having a clear intention will guide your experiences and ensure they align with your highest
good.
Maintaining awareness throughout your astral travels is key. Stay present in each moment and trust your intuition as it guides you through
unfamiliar territories. Remember that fear has no power here; instead, embrace unconditional love and complete acceptance as guiding principles on this journey.

Journaling about your experiences in the Astral Plane can be immensely beneficial for reflection and
integration upon returning to physical reality. Write down any insights gained or encounters with higher beings so that later on, these lessons can be applied in everyday life.
By utilizing these techniques while navigating the Astral Plane, one can embark on profound spiritual
adventures while cultivating personal growth along the way.
